Is an elliptical better than a treadmill?
An elliptical is lower impact than a treadmill and works the arms too, so it suits people with sore knees or back. A treadmill is better if you train for running. Many home gyms have one of each.
What stride length do I need?
Taller users are more comfortable on a longer stride. Try the machine in a showroom or ask us to compare stride lengths for your height.
Which ellipticals are made for gyms?
Our Shua light commercial and commercial ellipticals are built for many users a day and carry longer warranties than home models. Check each product page for the warranty.
Can I pay in instalments?
