How does a curve treadmill work?
You drive the belt with your own legs. Step forward on the curve to speed up and drift back to slow down, so there are no buttons to press between sprints.
Does a curve treadmill need electricity?
No. It is self-powered, so you can place it anywhere with a level floor, indoors or under cover.
Is a curve treadmill good for a home gym?
Yes, if you want short, intense sessions. For long, steady runs or walking, a motorised treadmill is more comfortable.
Can I pay in instalments?
