A power rack is the centre of any serious strength setup. With adjustable safety bars and J-hooks you can squat, bench and press heavy on your own, and the pull-up bar adds back training. MiFitness supplies power racks, squat cages, squat stands and lifting platforms for home gyms, garages, schools and commercial gyms.
Build out your rack with an Olympic bar, weight plates, an adjustable bench and rubber gym flooring. Measure your ceiling height and floor space first, and ask us if you are unsure which rack fits.

Power rack or squat stand?
A power rack is a full cage with safety bars on both sides, so it is safest for training alone. A squat stand takes less space and costs less, but gives less protection if you fail a lift.
How much space do I need?
Allow the rack's footprint plus about 1 m on each side to load plates and walk around it. Check your ceiling height if you want to do pull-ups or overhead presses inside the rack.
What else do I need with a rack?
An Olympic barbell, weight plates, collars and an adjustable bench. Rubber flooring protects your floor and the plates.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. You can choose Payflex, Float or Mobicred at checkout, subject to their approval.
