- Floor spaceMeasure the footprint and add about 1 m around the machine to move, load and use the cables.
- Ceiling heightTall frames and pull-up bars need headroom. Check your ceiling, especially in garages and flats.

Multi-gym questions
What is the difference between a multi-gym and a functional trainer?
A multi-gym has fixed stations for set exercises, like chest press, lat pull-down and leg extension. A functional trainer has two adjustable cable pulleys, so you can do hundreds of exercises from any height and angle.
Which is best for a home gym?
For one or two people, a functional trainer such as the Powercore AF300 or a Smith combo like the Powercore Stealth Functional Smith Trainer gives the most exercises per square metre. For families who train together, a 3 station multi-gym lets several people use it at once.
What should an estate or corporate gym buy?
A multi-stack station lets several residents or staff train at the same time on one frame. We'll recommend the right size for your space and member numbers and quote it with a 3D layout.
How much space do I need?
Allow the machine's footprint plus about 1 m around it, and check ceiling height for tall frames and pull-up bars.
Do you deliver and install?
Large stations are delivered in boxes and assembled on site. Call 011 704 6711 to plan delivery and installation for your area.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. You can choose Payflex, Float or Mobicred at checkout, subject to their approval. See our finance page for details.
