Upright or recumbent bike: which should I choose?
An upright bike takes less space and feels like a road bike. A recumbent bike has a bucket seat with a back rest, which is easier on the lower back and knees, so it suits older riders and rehab.
What is the difference between an exercise bike and a spinning bike?
An exercise bike has a seated position and a console with programmes. A spinning bike has a heavy flywheel and a racing position for standing climbs and studio-style classes.
