Infrared panels warm your body directly rather than the air, at around 49–60°C. Sessions feel gentler and can last longer, and it warms up quickly on less power.

- PowerThe 2 person infrared runs at 1.8 kW. Steam and hybrid heaters (4.5–9 kW) need a dedicated circuit, fitted by a registered electrician who issues a Certificate of Compliance.
- Outdoor basePlace outdoor saunas on a level, firm base such as a concrete slab or paving.
- Delivery accessSaunas arrive in a crate for assembly on site. Check gates, doors and stairs on the way in; the 2 person crate is 1.9 × 1.3 × 0.65 m.
- HospitalityHotels, spas, gyms and Airbnbs: ask us to quote several units, with cold plunges, for your space.

Sauna questions
Should I buy an infrared or a traditional sauna?
Infrared heats your body directly at a lower temperature, so sessions feel gentler and it uses less power. A traditional steam sauna heats the air and stones for a hotter, classic sweat with steam. If you can't choose, a hybrid sauna does both.
How hot does a sauna get?
Infrared saunas usually run at about 49–60°C. Traditional steam saunas run at about 66–82°C.
Do I need an electrician?
Yes for steam and hybrid saunas: heaters of 4.5–9 kW need a dedicated circuit, fitted by a registered electrician who issues a Certificate of Compliance. Ask an electrician to check the circuit for an infrared sauna too.
Can I put a sauna outside?
The Powercore 4 Person Outdoor Steam Sauna and the Hybrid 6 Person Outdoor Sauna are built for indoor or outdoor use. Place them on a level, firm base such as a concrete slab or paving. The 2 person models are for indoor use.
How is a sauna delivered?
Saunas arrive in a crate and are assembled on site. Call 011 704 6711 for a delivery and assembly quote for your area.
