At MiFitness we understand that there may be occasions where you wish to return an item for a number of reasons.

We will attend to your claim within 24-48 after receiving this form (weekdays).
Conditions
- Items to be returned must be in brand new condition in its original packaging
- Items not in the original packaging will have a handling charge.
- Returns / Refunds / Exchanges must be within 7 days of purchase
- Nutritional Supplements cannot be returned
- The cost of returning the item to one of our branches will be at the cost of the purchaser.
- Delivery charges are not refundable
