At MiFitness we understand that there may be occasions where you wish to return an item for a number of reasons.

Step 1.

Fill out the refunds / exchange form below.

We will attend to your claim within 24-48 after receiving this form (weekdays).

Conditions

1. Items to be returned must be in brand new condition in its original packaging
2. Items not in the original packaging will have a handling charge.
3. Returns / Refunds / Exchanges must be within 7 days of purchase
4. Nutritional Supplements cannot be returned
5. The cost of returning the item to one of our branches will be at the cost of the purchaser.
6. Delivery charges are not refundable
